The Wise County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a 16-year-old runaway. Christian Putnam left his home on County Road 1590 in Alvord between 3 and 4 p.m. Sunday. He is approximately 5-foot, 9-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with faded horses on it, a blue Brandt hat, boots and blue jeans.
