School’s trailer purchase did not violate ‘conflict of interest’ rules, per attorney

Decatur ISD’s purchase of a trailer from a business owned by the spouse of a district administrator did not violate state or federal conflict of interest regulations nor did it violate rules regarding use of federal funds, according to the school’s attorneys.
