300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1643 — A woman advised her daughter stole her debit card information while she was living with her and was using it to open up Netflix accounts without her authorization.
MONDAY, NOV. 3
100 BLOCK OF DROVER RIDGE ROAD — A vehicle was reported stolen.
200 BLOCK OF HIGHVIEW TRAIL — Jewelry was reported stolen.
TUESDAY, NOV. 4
400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4522 — Deputies responded to a disturbance between a man and his grandfather. Investigation resulted in the man being placed under arrest for injury to an elderly individual.
100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 2643 — A report was received of a “domestic issue” that occurred a few days prior. Deputies spoke with a man and woman. Both appeared to be intoxicated. The woman advised her boyfriend accused her of infidelity and followed her to the garage. She advised she had someone on the phone as a “witness.” The boyfriend noticed and allegedly pinned her to the ground attempting to get the phone. The woman ran into the house after getting up and locked herself in the bathroom. The man advised everything was purely verbal except for the phone incident. Deputies did not observe any bruising or marks on the woman, and she advised she was not hurt during the incident. The woman advised she just wanted the man to leave the residence. He agreed to leave. Deputies gave the man a courtesy ride to the Holiday Inn.
WEDNESDAY, NOV. 5
6200 BLOCK OF TEXAS 114 EAST — Complainant advised a known person had paid for services using a hot check.
300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1794 — Deputies received a report of a known individual actively trespassing on a parcel of land. Deputies located the suspect on the parcel of land he had previously been told he was not allowed to be in or on. He was arrested for criminal trespass.
THURSDAY, NOV. 6
200 BLOCK OF DRIFTER DRIVE — Deputies were dispatched in regards to sexually explicit AI images from 2022.
FRIDAY, NOV. 7
400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4859 — Witnesses advised a man assaulted a woman and threatened to take his own life. Deputies spoke with the woman who advised she got into an argument with the man which escalated into a physical altercation. The woman advised the man grabbed her by the face pushing her into a door which resulted in her “bouncing” off of the door. The woman also advised these occurrences between both parties have happened before, the most recent being three days prior. Deputies later placed the man in custody and transported him to the Wise County Jail.
600 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4668 — Caller reported an iPhone was found on the property. Caller advised they do not know the owner of the phone. The phone was collected and submitted as found property.
100 BLOCK OF MARTIN DAIRY ROAD — Deputy responded to the Bridgeport Police Department in reference to a woman who fled her residence after an assault occurred. While interviewing the woman, the male suspect observed the woman speaking with law enforcement, and because of this he later returned to the residence to destroy property. The man was reportedly armed and possibly setting fire to the residence based on CCTV footage observed by the victim. Deputies arrived on scene of the residence and suspect was arrested for Class C assault and felony obstruction/retaliation.
8000 BLOCK OF NORTH U.S. 81/287 — Caller reported being pushed by a store employee. Deputies spoke with the 911 caller and employees and discovered the 911 caller had been told to leave the store approximately 20 times due to him speaking in a degrading way to the female cashier. One male employee attempted to escort the man out of the building using minimal amount of force in which the man responded by drawing a knife and stabbing the employee in the back. The employee did not wish to pursue charges for being stabbed, but both employees requested the 911 caller be issued a criminal trespass warning.
100 BLOCK OF CHAPMAN ROAD — A woman explained she had been hired by a company who then provided her with a fraudulent check to purchase equipment for work.
SATURDAY, NOV. 8
1800 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 1655 — Deputies were called to assist Texas Highway Patrol at the scene of a crash involving an intoxicated driver. The trooper advised the intoxicated driver had contacted another party to come to the scene, and the officer believes that party is intoxicated as well. The trooper advised he observed this individual driving a pickup prior to making contact with him. Deputies observed him to have red/watery bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of an already consumed alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath and person. The man admitted to drinking and further stated he drank too much to be driving. Deputies administered standardized field sobriety tests and observed him perform poorly. He was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated and taken to jail where he submitted a specimen of his breath as evidence of his intoxication.
200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4657 — Caller advised his vehicle was potentially removed from the property, items stolen out of it, and returned to the property. Deputy located multiple signs that property was taken out of the vehicle which was also damaged.
100 BLOCK OF ASH STREET — Deputies were dispatched in reference to a report of family violence, involving strangulation. Deputies were notified the suspect had fled the scene before arrival, and deputies were unable to locate the suspect. A warrant will be requested.
9000 BLOCK OF U.S. 81/287 NORTH — A man arrived at his residence and located an RV he did not own parked in his driveway. Deputies made contact with an intoxicated man in the RV. He advised he was traveling from Denver to Austin when he pulled over to get some rest. The man further advised after he pulled over he drank a beer and smoked marijuana. He admitted there was more marijuana in his vehicle. Deputies conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle which resulted in the discovery of 3.7 ounces of marijuana, 10.9 grams of mushrooms, and 47.2 grams of THC gummies. The man was arrested.
SUNDAY, NOV. 9
200 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4823 — Caller stated his brother put hands on him. Investigation resulted in the older brother being arrested for assault causes bodily injury–family member.
200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4877 — Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle call and made contact with multiple men and a woman on the property. During the investigation, a man was found to have a felony theft warrant for his arrest out of the Wise County Sheriff’s Office. Additionally, drug paraphernalia was found in plain view in an RV on the property. A search warrant was issued and executed on the RV yielding narcotics associated with the wanted man and the woman on scene. They were arrested.
MONDAY, NOV. 10
200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4293 — Caller reported a disturbance at the location. Deputies found a woman had assaulted a man. Deputies issued a citation and separated all parties involved in the altercation.
100 BLOCK OF WILLBANKS LANE — A woman wished to report an assault that happened in June at a separate location in Wise County.
800 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2360 — Complainant stated an unknown person used his information to get a cash loan from an online website.
100 BLOCK OF WILLIAMS WAY — A man reported a contractor had paid for his services with a check for $1,360 and canceled the check soon after.
1500 BLOCK OF TEXAS 114 EAST — Caller advised he and another driver were involved in a road rage incident that resulted in the caller hearing a gun shot from the other vehicle. The caller advised he was involved in a road rage incident with a white Dodge Ram van. Caller was unable to provide a license plate number or a description of the other driver. Deputies were able to gather the casing which was found on the roadway as well as the suspect’s phone.
