Holzbog will take a new role as president of a Decatur-based family office for the Waggoner-Sauder family. He said he will replace longtime president Kerry Graham, who has managed the family’s office in Wichita Falls for many years. The office will relocate to Decatur, operate under a new name and focus on managing the family’s Wise County real estate assets and pursuing opportunistic value-creation opportunities. During Holzbog’s tenure, the DEDC recruited new businesses, supported expansions of existing industry and invested in land and infrastructure, efforts that resulted in new jobs and significant capital investment in Decatur, the DEDC release said.
