After earning their second straight 4A Division I state title, Decatur senior post Bralyn Peck and sophomore guard Style Brazile were recognized as the top two players in District 7-4A.

The duo split the league’s MVP award, as the Lady Eagles claimed a total of four district postseason accolades.

Peck — an Oklahoma State signee and two-time 4AI state tournament MVP — dropped a team-high 17.6 points per game in her fourth and final campaign. The 2025 All-Wise MVP also averaged 7.2 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.3 steals.

After a breakout rookie campaign in which she claimed the All-Wise Newcomer of the Year award, Brazile averaged 15.5 points, finishing second in scoring behind Peck in her sophomore season. She led the Lady Eagles in assists (5.1) and steals (2.9), and pulled down 3.9 rebounds.

Decatur sophomore post Sayler Peck was crowned the league’s Defensive MVP. She grabbed 4.2 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game, and added 7.4 points and 1.8 assists.

Coming off the bench for the majority of the season, sophomore guard Maddyx Coffman scored 6.5 points per contest and totaled 2.8 rebounds, two assists and 1.7 steals en route to securing the Newcomer of the Year honor.

Decatur coach Drew Coffman and assistant coach Rachel Maxwell were named 7-4A’s Coaching Staff of the Year after leading the Lady Eagles to their third straight unbeaten league championship, stretching the program’s district win streak to 40 games dating back to the 2022-23 season.

The Lady Eagles were represented on the First Team by senior guards Laken Coffman and Cece Davis.

Coffman — who missed the bulk of the 2024-25 season after a knee injury in the team’s third game of the season — returned to the court for her final season and averaged 6.7 points, along with 4.5 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.6 steals.

A threat from beyond the 3-point line, Davis scored 5.5 points per game, and tallied 1.9 assists and 1.2 rebounds.

Sophomore guard Jayden Oates took home Decatur’s only Second Team nod, averaging 4.2 points, 2.1 assists, 1.9 rebounds and 1.3 steals.

Securing the league’s top seed in the 4AI bracket for the second consecutive season, the Lady Eagles (37-4) claimed postseason wins over Fort Worth Carter-Riverside (109-13), Frenship Memorial (61-46), Seminole (47-29), Canyon (62-43) and Prosper Richland (78-59) to punch their ticket back to San Antonio. Decatur rallied late to knock off Waco La Vega 58-54 in overtime to claim back-to-back 4AI state championships.
