Jimmy John’s, the popular sandwich chain known for its fast delivery, is coming to Decatur, the Decatur Economic Development Corp. (DEDC) announced Tuesday.
The new restaurant will be located at 1208 S. Farm Road 51, Suite A, next to Little Caesars, according to DEDC Executive Director Kevin Holzbog.
Jimmy John’s operates about 2,600 franchises nationwide, with the nearest locations currently in Denton, Azle, Northlake and near Keller.
DEDC worked with Retail Coach, Double Creek Capital, the chain and the franchisee among others to bring the restaurant to Decatur, according to a post on the DEDC social media page.
An opening date has not yet been announced.
