Cora Davena (Kirkland) LaCour, 74, of Slidell, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2018.
Funeral is noon Tuesday, Nov. 27, at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Decatur. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery. Davis Funeral Chapel in Fort Worth is handling arrangements.
Cora Davena Kirkland was born Nov. 30, 1943, in Sand Springs, Okla., to Albert Pinkston and Ruth Agnes Kirkland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Wass; brothers Kenneth Kirkland, Keith Kirkland and Billy Wayne Kirkland; and sister Niece George.
She is survived by her sons, Billy Wayne Wass and Steven Scott Wass.
