Brandy Ann “Sissy” (Goodwin) Wallen, 45, of Decatur, died Monday, Jan. 7, 2019, in Decatur.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13 at Community Church in Decatur.
Graveside services will take place at Leann Cemetery, outside Aurora, Mo.
Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.
Brandy was born Sept. 10, 1973, in Grapevine. She attended school and graduated in 1991 from Taft Union High School in Taft, Calif. Following high school, she completed cosmetology school in Bakersfield, Calif. She became a swim coach instructor after returning to Texas. She worked at Fit-N-Wise.
She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; numerous aunts and uncles; a cousin; and her baby.
Brandy is survived by her parents, Donald and Lilace Goodwin; children Chloe Wallen and fianc , Jonathan, and Chase Wallen; brothers Brandon Goodwin and wife, Michelle, and Bradley Goodwin and wife, Staci; and Mark Wallen.
