Roger and Kelsey Ferguson of Decatur announce the birth of a daughter, Madelyn Leeann, Sept. 18, 2023 at Wise Health System in Decatur. She weighed 7 pounds and 11 ounces and was 18.5 inches long. She has a brother, Mason, 3. Grandparents are Steve and Sharice Martin and Roger and Barbara Ferguson all of Springtown.
