TUESDAY, OCT. 11

EAST TEXAS 114

Deputies arrived on scene and learned there was an altercation between a boyfriend and his girlfriend over their child’s diaper not being changed. The boyfriend hit the girlfriend in the face with the child’s diapers and locked himself in the camper. A friend of the girlfriend who was on scene kicked in the door of the camper in an attempt to get the boyfriend to come out. No charges were pursued for the damages to the door, and the boyfriend was arrested for Class C assault.

TUESDAY, OCT. 11

COUNTY ROAD 3342 — Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance. It was determined there was an altercation between the two over the husband attempting to look through the wife’s phone. The husband took the phone and while he was exiting the residence the wife shoved him into the door frame causing him to cut his hand. The husband went outside and returned to find his wife had shut herself in the back bedroom. The husband proceeded to open the door in an abrupt manner causing his wife to fall and hit her head. Both parties were arrested.

THURSDAY, OCT. 13

COUNTY ROAD 4698 — Caller advised she and her juvenile children were threatened at their residence by several parties on scene. The caller advised a known fugitive was on the scene and likely attempting to leave the property through a back window. Deputies conducted a consent search of the house which resulted in a foot pursuit of the known fugitive. The fugitive was caught, placed into custody, and transported to Wise County Jail. Deputies conducted an investigation of the incident and arrested additional parties on scene in relation to the known fugitive. After placing all offending parties into custody, deputies on scene conducted an investigation into the original call.

WEST U.S. 81/287 BYPASS — A man stated someone stole his vehicle. He wished to pursue charges and filed accordingly.

FRIDAY, OCT. 14

GREENWOOD ROAD — Complainant reported his tenants were not allowing him to conduct repairs on the property. It was discovered the tenant and landlord were in civil proceedings over an eviction dismissal. Both parties were suggested to be civil to each other.

INDIAN TRAIL — A woman reported having temporary guardianship over her grandson. The biological mother arrived for her supervised visit and began causing a disturbance over the grandmother suggesting another room for the child to open a birthday gift from the mother.

WISE COUNTY PARK — A caller reported a man might pass out and was going into a roadway. Deputies made contact with the suspect who was sleeping on a park bench, intoxicated. Intoxication tests were conducted but were unable to be completed due to his severe intoxication and fear he might harm himself by falling. Suspect was placed In custody and booked into the Wise County Jail for public intoxication.

COUNTY ROAD 4698 — A woman advised she was receiving harassing messages from her ex-husband. She wished to press charges.

SOUTH FARM ROAD 730 — Complainant advised her boyfriend was throwing her things out into the yard. Deputies found no property of the complainant’s had been thrown into the yard or damaged. Complainant willingly left the house for the day.
