The Paradise Historical Society will host the Main Street Festival from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in downtown Paradise.
The festival benefits the Paradise Museum and Veteran’s Park. Admission is free for all.
There will be many activities throughout the day, including a vintage car show, a tractor show, live entertainment, raffles, silent auctions, a quilt show and numerous vendors and food trucks. Carter BloodCare will also be on site accepting blood donations between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The vintage car show will be honoring contestants with seven choice awards for cars, trucks and motorcycles – Best of Show, Best Paint and class awards from the 1950s to Current. Awards will be given out at 1 p.m.
The quilt show will be held in the Paradise United Methodist Church Annex, 304 S. Oak St. Contestants will be granted People’s Choice Awards, Best Machine, Best Hand-Made Quilt and Best Antique Quilt. People are asked to vote on the entries.
