Rowden wins 50

Decatur’s Katey Rowden is heading to Austin.
The freshman won the 50 freestyle Saturday at the Class 4A Region II meet in Keller.
Rowden swam a 25:48 to win the race. Teammate Haley Dennard took third in 26:23.
