Slidell wins opener

The Slidell Lady Greyhounds started the season Tuesday with a 61-54 win over Muenster Sacred Heart.
The Lady Greyhounds broke open a two-point game in the third quarter, taking a double-digit lead.
Brooke Rhodes led the Lady Greyhounds with 25 points. Ashton Stroope added 18. Caitlin Pruett had 12.
