Slidell grabs share of 17-A lead

The Slidell Lady Greyhounds now own a share of the District 17-A lead.
Slidell knocked off Midway 41-28 to pull into a first-place tie atop the league.
The Lady Greyhounds trailed 8-1 after the first quarter. Slidell came alive in the second quarter going on a 21-2 run to take a 22-10 halftime lead.
Slidell held on in the second half.
Allie Staub led the Lady Greyhounds with 16 points.
