Jackie’s Journey; Relay team pushes Murphree through 26.2-mile race

TEAM EFFORT - Jackie Murphree was joined on her journey around the Dallas White Rock Marathon by two relay teams named Jackie Rocks China 1 and 2. The teams finished the 26.2-mile, five-person relay in four hours and 54 minutes.
With music blasting over the loud speakers and a large crowd stretched on both sides of the road cheering, tired runners strained over the final steps to the finish line of the Dallas White Rock Marathon Sunday.
