Peaster defeated Chico 25-13, 25-13, 25-12 Tuesday to give the Lady Dragons an 0-2 start.
Hannah Avants and Nikki Weatherly had four kills each while Shelby Collins managed three.
Kim Workman and Molli Umphress had five assists apiece.
"We played well beneath where we were capable of playing," Coach Brent Hand said. "In order to be competitive the rest of district, we must play better. The Jacksboro game coming up (played Saturday) will be big."
