Bridgeport’s Daniel Scott doesn’t deny he has a split personality.
“I try to be the nice guy off the field, but between whistles I’ve got to be something else,” Scott said. “My goal is to get back there, create havoc and be the beast the coaches want me to be.”

For the 90th time, the two schools separated by Big Sandy Creek will renew their rivalry Friday night.
At stake for Bridgeport is a chance to complete an undefeated run through District 5-3A and keep building momentum heading to the playoffs. For Decatur, a win coupled with a Vernon victory over Iowa Park will send it to the postseason. For both teams, something even more valuable is on the line – bragging rights.
