In a game delayed about 15 minutes just before the end of the first half, the Chico offense failed to put any points on the board for the fourth time in as many district games as the Dragons fell to the Bulldogs 27-0.
Millsap (8-1, 3-1) scored twice in the opening quarter. Bulldog quarterback Zeb Littlefield scored on a 20-yard run with 7:44 remaining in the quarter. Later in the quarter, Littlefield connected with Travis McCullough for a 40-yard touchdown pass. Andy Chestnut's kick gave the Bulldogs a 13-0 lead heading into the second quarter.
The Bulldogs' defense scored a touchdown in the second quarter when Chris Hicks intercepted a Ryan Mote pass and returned it 74 yards for the score. Hicks would add a 15-yard touchdown catch from his own quarterback in the final minute of the third quarter to cap Millsap's scoring.
Littlefield was an efficient 12 for 16 passing for 168 yards and no interceptions. Hicks caught five passes for 61 yards, and Matt Callan was the game's leading rusher with 70 yards on 11 carries.
For the Dragons, Mote was 2 for 11 passing for 7 yards and the one interception. Marcus McCain caught one pass for 7 yards, and Victor Velazquez carried the ball seven times for 61 yards.
Chico (0-9, 0-4) will wrap up its season next week at Jacksboro.
