The Sissies scored 86 points to place fourth, beating district rivals Vernon and Hirschi and closing the gap on Iowa Park.
Irene Amador placed 10th with a 14:14 to lead the pack. Tiffany Hawkins was 14th in 14:32, Renia Mack 20th in 15:15, Alyssa Holmes 25th in 15:37, Emily Pice 26th in 15:42 and Courtney Cortez 35th in 16:38.
Coach Dayna Hudson said the team is still in good shape to try for a regional meet berth, and the key will be getting all the runners healthy for the remaining events before district.
