Eagle Football Camp kicks off Monday
Decatur High School football coach Kyle Story and his staff will host Eagle Football Camp for all incoming seventh through ninth graders next week. The two-hour camp will be held daily from 7-9 p.m. July 27 through July 30 at the stadium. The cost is $60 and athletes should arrive early on Monday to register. Chico Dragon season tickets on sale

Lady Eagle Softball Camp starts Monday
First-year Decatur varsity softball coach Neal Hall is hosting the annual Lady Eagle Softball Camp 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, July 27, through Wednesday, July 29, at the softball field. The camp is open to girls entering sixth through eighth grades. Registration forms are available at Virginia Caraway's office or on the DHS softball Web site.
Wise 12-and-under baseball team forming

Decatur cheer camp starts Monday
The Decatur High School cheerleaders' annual mini cheer camp is 10 a.m. to noon, July 27-29, at the high school gym. Campers will work on jumps, motions, dances and fun games. The cost is $45. Paradise physicals Wednesday and Thursday
Physicals for all Paradise athletes will be this week at the high school gym. The girls physicals are 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, and the boys' physicals are Thursday, July 30. Cost of the exam is $20 per student.
Bridgeport physicals for Monday and Tuesday
All athletes entering seventh, ninth and 11th grades must have a new physical before the first day of practices for their sport. Football, volleyball and cross country begin Monday, Aug. 3. Athletes entering eighth, 10th and 12th grades who have had a broken bone, concussion, major illness or surgery within the past year must also have a new physical. This year's physicals will be at the high school gym for $15. Boys' physicals are 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, July 27, and girls' are 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 28.
