The final days to register for baseball and softball in Bridgeport is this weekend at the library for all kids ages 5-14. Sign-ups will be accepted from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. A $10 fee will charged for all late registrations.
A new select basketball team for sixth grade girls and boys is forming, and tryouts will be held this month. The team, which will practice in south Wise County, will play in competitive select tournaments this spring and summer. The DFW Lady Lakers select basketball team has two open spots on one of its two elite select basketball teams. Competitive softball team seeks two players

Umpires needed for youth softball games

Women's soccer league to begin

A new girls' select softball team is forming in the Justin/Rhome/Haslet area for girls with '96 and '97 birthdays.
