The cost, $2 for adults and 1$ for students, is being implemented by Texas High School Coaches Association to raise money for its "injured player fund." The scrimmage will begin with freshmen at 5 p.m., followed by the junior varsity at 6 p.m. and the varsity at 7:15 p.m. |

Jeanna was in a horse accident that left her a paraplegic, and all proceeds will go toward her medical bills. The tournament is $150 per team, and prizes will be awarded for first and second places. | ELECTION RESULTS - Decatur ISD voters soundly rejected the district's $8 million bond issue yesterday by a vote of 883-544. The bond would have provided upgrades district-wide as well as improvements to Eagle Stadium. Bridgeport ISD voters passed one of two propositions. Proposition 1, a $15 million package for new classrooms at two campuses, a new band hall and gym at the high school and other upgrades, passed by a vote of 649 to 601. Bridgeport's Proposition 2, a $7 million package that would have been used for technology, failed by a vote of 689 to 562. |
