A huge thank you to the dozens of people responsible for Tuesday's "Texas Night Out." It was an amazing effort to publicize many helping groups in Wise County - especially our police and fire departments.
The fact that it provided all kinds of goodies and educational materials at no cost made it a great evening for my grandchildren. They each came home with smiles and a big sack of "treats." A special thank you to Nate Mara for providing them a personal tour of the fire truck.
Also, thanks again to all who made the evening possible. We are blessed to live in such a great community.
