| Funeral for Mollie Marie Fuqua Brown, 95, of Decatur was to be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, at First Baptist Church of Alvord with burial at Roselawn Cemetery in Denton. |
 Brown died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, in Decatur.
She was born Nov. 6, 1914, in Cleburne, to John Morris and Martha Bethanie Blagg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, D.B. Brown; the father of her children, Ernest M. Fuqua; sisters, Rilda Grissom and Jo Disch; sons, John Henry Fuqua and Danny Mac Fuqua; and granddaughter, Marie Collier.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Quepha McDowell and husband, Freddy, and Ruby Jo McElroy; sons, Ernest E. Fuqua and Kenneth M. Fuqua and wife, Carole; six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the First Baptist Church of Alvord. |
