 Rhine died Thursday, June 4, 2009, in Decatur.
Born April 21, 1979, in Redlands, Calif., to Kenneth and Jill Ann (Bunn) Rhine, he was a driver for Sandy Hill Ready Mix.
He is survived by his wife, Lyndi Rhine; stepchildren, Jessica and Justin Moore; his parents of Yucaipa, Calif.; and grandmothers, Rhoda Lee Bunn of Washington and Vina Lucile Rhine of Needles, Calif.
