| A private service will be held for Robert Lee Carter, 77, of Chico. |
 Carter died Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, in Bowie.
Born Oct. 19, 1931, in Duncan, Okla., to June Milton and Stella Mae (Teague) Carter, he married Elois Hardin Feb. 2, 1951, in Clovis, N.M. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Alvord and was a retired operations manager at Gifford Hill.
He is survived by his wife; sons, Randy Carter of Fort Worth, Ozie Carter and wife, Cindy, of Chico; granddaughter, Connie Davidson of Bridgeport; and great-grandchild, Cooper Lane Davidson of Bridgeport. |
