| Graveside service for Bobbie Edwards, 73, of Boyd was to be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at Oakwood Cemetery in Cisco with Brent Nordan officiating. Visitation was to be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. |
 Edwards died Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009.
Born June 2, 1936, in Cisco to Arthur and Bertha C. (Tawney) Chancellor, she lived in Balmorhea, Odessa and Lamesa while growing up. She painted houses and was a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Joe M. Murray and Samuel L. Murray; brother, Lynn Chancellor; and sisters, Audrey Landgoom, Dollie Horn and Bonnie Wallace.
She is survived by her daughters, Bonnie P. Hart of Boyd and Leisa McFarland of Palestine; brother, Neal Chancellor of Tulsa, Okla.; sister, Marie Diggs of Azle; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. |
