| Funeral for Louise Posey Fuller, 92, of Bedford was to be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, at White Family Funeral Home in Bowie with Larry Kennedy officiating. Burial was to follow at Buffalo Springs Cemetery. |
Fuller died Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2009, in Bedford.
Born June 16, 1917, in Stoneburg to Lucius and Fannie Lee (Evans) Posey, she graduated from Stoneburg High School in 1935. She married Ira Fuller in 1938 in Walters, Okla.
She was a founding member of the W.C. Mounted Patrol Auxiliary and a regular at the YMCA. She shopped and water skied.
She was preceded in death by her husband; brothers, Aubrey Posey, Ennis "Pat" Posey and Ocie Posey; and sisters, Gladys Corpening and Lennie Brown.
She is survived by her sons, Eddie Fuller and wife, Janice, of Lake Arrowhead and Joe Fuller and wife, Donna, of Bedford; grandchildren, David Fuller and wife, Sheri, of Decatur, Ricky Fuller of Wichita Falls, John Fuller and wife, Janel, of Decatur, Becky Bradford of Bedford and Gail Lancaster of Granbury; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. |
