 Garrett died Friday, Sept. 11, 2009, in Decatur.
Born Feb. 15, 1958, to Pier and Leola Garrett in Sangamon, Ill., he lived in the Boyd area for 15 years.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Patsy Kimbro.
He is survived by his mother; a son, Casey Garrett and wife, Kayla, of Springtown; stepdaughter, Kayla Conway, and other stepchildren; a brother, Don Garrett; and two grandchildren.
