| Mass of Christian burial for Maria Elena Limon, 37, of Bowie will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 8, at St. Williamís Catholic Church in Montague. The Rev. Stephen Berg will officiate. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. in the Drawing Room of the White Family Funeral Home. |

Born June 8, 1969, in Mexico, she was employed as the head cook at the Hot Skillet Restaurant in Alvord and was known for making the hottest hot sauce around. She enjoyed listening to music and working in her rose garden. She is survived by three children, Mellisa, Tony and Melina Limon, all of Bowie. Memorials may be made to the Maria Limon Childrenís Fund at any Legend Bank location. |
