Rural Development offers 100 percent loans with a 33-year repayment. Current interest rate is 4.625 percent.
"Applicants are qualified on a sliding scale of income per family member basis," said Paula Jones, area specialist with Rural Development. "If they fall within the very low to low income limit, they may qualify for payment assistance."
