Sam Gentry of San Angelo has received his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. He is a graduate of Paradise High School and received his bachelor's of business administration from Angelo State University.
He worked for the firm of Armstrong, Backus and Co. CPAs in San Angelo for three years. He has since been employed by Angelo State University and Texas Tech University as an internal auditor.
Gentry is the son of Glenn and Anna Gentry and the grandson of Don and Lorene Gentry of Cottondale.
