| Eric and Lindsey Hillary of Decatur announce the birth of a son, Randall Koppen, born June 22, 2009, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. |
He weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 inches long.
He has a brother, Mackoy, 2, and two sisters, Mackenzie, 8, and Gracie, 6.
Grandparents are Becky and David Wilson and Jackie and Kenneth Barnes. Great-grandparents are Randall and Carlene Morehead, Ken and Barbara Cavanaugh and David and Norma Hillary. Great-grandparents are Thelma Cottrell and Mattie Evelyn and Troy Hayes.
