| Amber and Sonny Westerman of Decatur announce the birth of a daughter, Jocelyn Camille, born Sept. 25, 2009, at Presbyterian Hospital in Denton. |
She weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long.
She has one sister, Amelia Avery, 21 months.
Grandparents are Ken and Cheryl Green of Decatur and Terry and Terri Holt.
Great-grandparent is Mary Proffer of Decatur.
