| Roy and Melissa McCasland of Saint Jo announce the birth of a daughter, Haley Nicole, born Nov. 2, 2009, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. |
She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 inches long.
She has a brother, Colt, 1.
Grandparents are Rusty and Carrol Denning of Saint Jo and Berl and Martha McCasland of Slidell. Great-grandparent is Leola Farris of Jacksboro.
