| Jason and Jennifer Vickers of Roanoke announce the birth of a son, Jackson Henry Vickers, born Sept. 27, 2009, at Arlington Memorial Hospital. |
He weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long.
Grandparents are Melvin and Jan Vickers of Decatur and Jan VanScoy of Mansfield. Great-grandparent is Shirley Vickers of Seymour.
