| Mikel Alvis and Justin Newsom of Bridgeport announce the birth of a son, Braytin Trevor Newsom, born Oct. 10, 2009, at North Texas Community Hospital in Bridgeport. |
He weighed 9 pounds, 10 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.
Grandparents are Marc and Terri Alvis of Jacksboro and Billy and Stacy Newsom of Bridgeport. Great-grandparents are Rice and Lena Alvis, Larry Shires and Jean Hoffeld.
