| Jeremy and Renee Silbernagel of Haslet announce the birth of a daughter, Jemma Grace, born Sept. 14, 2009, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. |
She weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long.
Grandparents are Denise Larson of Sioux City, Iowa, and Vicky Silbernagel of Roanoke.
