| Heather Ochoa and Marcus Tarter of Decatur announce the birth of a daughter, Dalilah Makayla Ochoa, born Sept. 10, 2009, at North Texas Community Hospital in Bridgeport. |
She weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Augustine and Michelle Ochoa and Kim and Mark Parizon, all of Decatur. Great-grandparents are Eddie and Patty Rogers of Chico and Secudina Sifuentes of Boyd. Great-grandparents are Bill and Beverly Hensley of Mounds, Okla.
