| Rusty and Susan Garrett Hughes of Graham announce the birth of a daughter, Emily Marie, born Sept. 15, 2009, at Palo Pinto General Hospital in Mineral Wells. |
She weighed 8 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.
She has two brothers, Garrett, 11, and Case, 8, and one sister, Kathryn, 1.
Grandparents are Nancy Hughes of Graham and Lois Garrett of Decatur.
