Mr. and Mrs. Jeremiah Johnson Young
Vows exchanged March 14, 2009

Jennifer Kae Roemisch and Jeremiah Johnson Young, both of Snyder, were married March 14, 2009, at Colonial Hill Baptist Church in Snyder. Alan D. Culp, uncle of the bride, with the First Baptist Church in Hermleigh, officiated the double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Joe and Debbie Roemisch of Hermleigh.

The groom is the son of Donald and Cindy Willis of Decatur, Larry Johnson of Bridgeport and Billy Young of Decatur.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a satin, A-line gown in classic white that featured intricate beadwork on an embroidered bodice, cap sleeves with beaded floral motif, an inverted V-empire waistline and crystals that dangled along the edge of the cathedral train. Her headpiece was a fingertip-length, two-tier veil with a scalloped beaded edge. She carried a garden style nosegay bouquet that included red roses, cranberry carnations and eggplant moon carnations, baby's breath and rolled purple tea leaves accented with white diamond pearls and silver filament wire.

Matron of honor was Randi K. Porter of Lubbock. Bridesmaids were Lyndsay Llewellyn of Keller and Amanda Roemisch of Snyder, sister-in-law of the bride.

Honor attendants wore lapis purple dresses of jersey fabric in different styles and carried a miniature version of the bride's bouquet.

Flower girl was Madison Roemisch, cousin of the bride. Ringbearer was Ryker Byrom, cousin of the bride.

Best man was Travis Cox of Irving. Groomsmen were Ben Young of Wichita Falls, brother of the groom, and Jeremy Roemisch of Snyder, brother of the bride.

Ushers were Donald Willis, Terry Sutton, Grant Goodrich and Ty Porter.

Guestbook attendant was Kimberly Goodrich.

Soloists Samantha Medrano and Tosha McGlouthin sang "Realize" and "At Last," respectively.

A reception hosted by the bride's parents and D'Ann Preston, aunt of the bride, followed the ceremony at the Colonial Hill Baptist Church Family Life Center. Servers were Michelle Byrom of Hermleigh, Nicole Milhauser of Snyder, Chrissy Coleman of Howe and Benita Soto of Eastland.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Hermleigh High School and earned a bachelor's in multidisciplinary studies with a minor in business administration from McMurry University in 2004. She is employed by Snyder ISD as a cross country, track and basketball coach and a sixth grade pre-athletics teacher.

The groom is a 1997 graduate of Decatur High School. He is employed by West Texas State Bank in Snyder.

Following a wedding trip to the Grand Cayman Islands, the couple live in Snyder.
