Marriage vows to be exchanged April 18, 2008

Jessica Higgins of San Marcos, daughter of Mike and Ida Higgins of Decatur, will marry Aaron Bowers of San Marcos, son of Gary and Janice Bowers of Brazoria on April 18, 2008, in Kyle.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Texas State University with a master of science degree in communication disorders. She is employed by Early Childhood Intervention.
The prospective groom is attending Texas State Unversity and plans to graduate in May with a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering. He is employed by Time-Warner Cable.
