Scarlet Jo Bird, daughter of Randy and Janice Bird, all of Longview and formerly of Wise County, will marry Justin Dale Shults of Henderson, son of David and Karen Neal of Kilgore and Dale and Debbie Shults of Elkhart on April 12, 2008, at Hunt Villa in Longview. Judge Mike Smith will officiate. The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Hallsville High School and attends Tyler Junior College. She is employed by Acme Brick in Longview. The prospective groom is a 2005 graduate of Henderson High School and is employed by Panel Truss Texas.
