Funeral for Nelda Jo Williamson, 78, of Fort Worth, formerly of Decatur, was Friday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Chapel in Decatur with Gerre Joiner officiating. Burial was at Slidell Cemetery.
Williamson died Monday, April 7, 2008, in Fort Worth.
Born June 15, 1929, in Sunset to Hancel Jesse and Onice Odell Sipes Cearley, she married Alfred Leonard Williamson in 1986 in Fort Worth. She was a quality control inspector at Williamson-Dickey.
She is survived by her husband; son, David Paul Taylor of Aubrey; daughter, Carma Jo Cummings of Denton; sister, Pauline Gibbs of Mount Ida, Ark.; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Randy Cummings, Marvin Eads, Levi Cummings, Damon Cummings, Josh Taylor and Micah Taylor.
