Funeral for Vondie Faye Sanders, 74, of Sunset was April 2 at the Alvord Church of Christ.
Sanders died Monday, March 31, 2008, in Decatur.
Born Oct. 6, 1933, in Fox, Okla., she was retired from Lockheed.
She is survived by her husband, Robert W. Sanders of Sunset; daughters, Anna Jones, Julie Howton and Melissa Earl, all of North Carolina; a sister, Jarett Lnand of New Mexico; mother-in-law, Brownie Sanders; sisters and brothers-in-law; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews.
