Funeral for Rene Arlene Taylor, 52, of Newark will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 17, at Abundant Life Worship Center in Newark with burial in Aurora Cemetery. The Revs. Billy Parker, Gary Taylor and James Hurst will officiate.

Taylor died Wednesday, May 14, 2008, in Dallas.

Born Jan. 21, 1956, she was a loan officer for Wells Fargo.

She is survived by her husband, Paul, of Newark; sons, Michael Clark and wife, Amy, of Weatherford and Joey Taylor of Fort Worth; daughters, Erica Odom and husband, Michael, of Azle, Telisa Yates of Granbury and Becky Norris and husband, Harold, of Decatur; grandchildren, Kylisa, Karleigh, Michael, Christopher, Hannah, Shelby, Hailey, Taylor, Lexi and Lynden; mother, Phyllis Lister of Florida; step-mother, Irene Wood of Illinois; brothers, Craig Wold of South Carolina and Sam Wold and Scott Wold, both of Illinois; sisters, Paula Jacobs of Florida and Roselyn Wold of Illinois; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Michael O'Dom, Martin Davis, Bobby Harrison, Harold Norris, Rickey Rhodes and Jerry Taylor.
