So nice to see that Site Concrete is not responsible for the latest delays in opening the lanes of U.S. 380 between Bridgeport and Decatur. It is really a problem of the state of Texas!
How could the state possibly have gone this long past the original expected completion date without having the necessary signs ready?
The stop, yield, speed limit and passing lane or no pass type signs should be readily available. If it is all about County Roads, those should have been ready months, if not years ago.
I am only 72, therefore I may still live long enough to see the highway actually completed and open to traffic in both directions on all four lanes.
