Lisa Caraway, a real estate agent with Parker Properties in Decatur, has been awarded the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) Designation from the Luxury Home Council.
She completed an ALHS course, represented a buyer or seller in at least two transactions where the purchase price was at least twice the average sales price and had membership in the National Association of Realtors to qualify for the honor.
Luxury Home Council members receive benefits to assist in marketing and selling upscale properties.
Attorney offers free legal forms
Weatherford attorney L. Keith Martinson, formerly of Runaway Bay, is offering a CD of legal forms for "virtually nothing."
Martinson said he is offering the CD to "give back" to the people he has represented since 1986 and because of the rising costs of legal services.
The 70 legal forms, documents and letters are specific to the state of Texas and are in Microsoft Word 2000 format.
