200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4385 – Complainant reported a suspicious vehicle parked behind a house under construction. It was discovered the vehicle was that of a contractor working on tile inside the home. The subject was arrested for possession of controlled substance penalty groups 1 and 2.

FARM ROAD 3433 AT FARM ROAD 718 – A suspicious person was found to be in possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams.

1200 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4411 – A man advised he was assaulted by his brother-in-law. Upon arrival, only the aggressor had an injury and was issued a citation for simple assault. Both parties were separated for the evening.

200 BLOCK OF MARSHALL – A welfare check was done on two individuals who reported several previous assaults.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4781 – A man stated he was struck by a vehicle driven by his girlfriend after they got into an argument. The girlfriend was arrested for aggravated assault family violence.

9100 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 1810 – A man reported his ex-wife entered his house and stole DVDs.

FARM ROAD 730 AND U.S. 81/287 – A woman reported being assaulted by her boyfriend while operating a vehicle on Farm Road 730 between Boyd and Decatur. The boyfriend was arrested for assault family violence.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1571 – Complainant reported someone dumped a large amount of trash on the side of the road.

200 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4882 – Complainant advised a known person was discharging a firearm while in the roadway. Upon officer’s arrival, no evidence was seen supporting the allegations. While speaking to the subject, a prohibited weapon was displayed and subsequently seized.

RHOME POLICE DEPARTMENT – A woman advised an unknown person was messaging her about hiding a body and cleaning up blood. The phone number has a Florida area code, and they had not messaged her back when she asked where the body is.

10800 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 920 – Complainant advised someone forgot to pay for fuel on Jan. 24. Deputy was able to get in touch with the suspect, and he went to the gas station and paid for the fuel. The owner was satisfied.

2100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4680 – Complainant advised a known person was on her property. Upon arrival, the subject stated she was on the property to document items for a court case. Complainant wished the subject be issued a criminal trespass warning.

2000 BLOCK OF EAST TEXAS 114 – An unknown person removed a cargo trailer with approximately $30,000 worth of tools in it.

500 BLOCK OF CENTRAL AVENUE – Complainant reported unauthorized charges on a credit card and needed a report for the creditor.

1800 BLOCK OF SUNFLOWER DRIVE – A man reported being assaulted by his ex-wife during an argument.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3508 – The complainant reported his vehicle was repossessed and his wallet was still inside.

12900 BLOCK OF KELLY DRIVE – Denton County received a call in which a woman was screaming and was disconnected. Upon arrival it became evident an assault occurred. Both parties were separated and charges are being filed.

1000 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4371 – A woman advised she wished to file charges against her landlord for pushing her. She also wished to file for a restraining order. She was advised it would be a civil matter.

1400 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 2127 – A woman reported her neighbor shooting his gun near her property after yelling at her. It was determined the neighbor fired a bullet in the ground to scare the complainant’s dog off of his property.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4854 – Complainants stated their grandson took a vehicle without permission. Grandson was located by Fort Worth Police Department in the vehicle.

LARK HILL COURT – A vehicle was left abandoned in the roadway. The registered owner of the vehicle stated his car was totaled two to three years ago and knew the vehicle was at the location, and he failed to remove the car. Charges were filed for illegal dumping 1,000 pounds or more.

200 BLOCK OF HARVEY LANE – Current wife made husband mad by bringing up the topic of husband’s ex-wife. Husband shoved current wife and left the house. She declined charges, and they remained separated.

100 BLOCK OF WEST KENTUCKY – A man assaulted another man over prior events. He came to jail for assault causing bodily injury.

500 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3447 – A woman advised her soon-to-be ex-husband was stalking her and sending threatening text messages and phone calls. Th ex-husband was located on the neighbor’s property.

2500 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4421 – Unknown people entered a shop/business and attempted to hot wire a vehicle but were unsuccessful.

500 BLOCK OF U.S. 380 – A traffic stop was initiated on a motorcycle for a defective turn signal. During the traffic stop, consent was obtained to search the driver’s person, which revealed a glass meth pipe and a small bag of crystalline substance. The driver was placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance 1-4 grams.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE – A man advised his home burned down a while back, and while construction crews were beginning demolition, one of the workers found a .22 caliber Ruger pistol in the debris. The owner knew that to be a pistol he owned, and due to it being ruined by fire, he wished to turn it over to the sheriff’s office to be properly destroyed.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1304 – A woman advised her ex-boyfriend has been harassing her and some of her family members after she left him. Deputy was able to contact the ex-boyfriend and advise him of the consequences if he continues to harass the complainant and her family members.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4856 – Complainant advised he received a phone call stating a firearm he purchased was about to be reported stolen. Deputy made scene and also spoke with the supposed owner. Deputy collected the firearm for safekeeping.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 1698 – The complainant reported someone used her deceased brother’s social security number with Ambit Energy.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 1698 – A woman reported tools were taken from a truck and unknown items were taken from a storage building at her deceased brother’s home.

100 BLOCK OF CHEYENNE TRAIL – The complainant reported an unauthorized charge on her Visa card.

4400 BLOCK OF U.S. 81/287 – A man reported he was given a suspected stolen firearm from a known felon. The firearm was turned over to deputies for safe keeping.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE – A verbal disturbance took place in the parking lot in reference to a person turning himself in. He was placed into custody for warrants.

PILOT – Complainant said an unknown man was being belligerent and brandished a rifle. Deputies initiated a traffic stop which led to a short foot pursuit. The man was apprehended and taken into custody.

1300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4764 – After getting into a physical altercation with his wife, the husband left the house with a pistol. He was later located inside a boat and placed under arrest for family violence.

U.S. 81/287 AT U.S. 380 – A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of the driver for possession of drug paraphernalia and the passenger for marijuana.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 1647 – The complainant reported he arrived at the residence to find an unknown man inside. The complainant left the residence, went to the gate, and called 911. The deputy arrived at the scene and witnessed a man walking out the front door in a hurried manner. Deputies detained the man and placed him into custody for burglary of a habitation.
