400 BLOCK OF DECATUR – Actor in a verbal disturbance was found to have multiple traffic warrants out of Decatur. Subject was taken into custody and transferred to Decatur.

1100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1560 – Complainant noticed tools missing on March 2 and a few more today and wanted to file a report.

200 BLOCK OF LURE STREET – Complainant reported her daughter’s boat trailer tire was slashed. Owner was out of town and would file report when they returned.

500 BLOCK OF CHISHOLM HILLS DRIVE – A known person sold a fifth wheel that belonged to the complainant, who had the title and wanted to pursue charges.

FARM ROAD 718/DONUT KING – Driver was arrested on outstanding warrants out of Hood County after traffic stop. Vehicle was released to a passenger.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4219 – Complainant advised he and his brother engaged in a verbal altercation over him thinking his brother was hiding winning lottery tickets from him. The lottery tickets were scratch-offs they had purchased together. The parties were separated for the remainder of the evening.

200 BLOCK OF LAMAR STREET – Complainant reported a damaged window at a home he was remodeling. He suspected neighborhood children. He stated he would perform the repairs and wanted to document the damage to justify the additional costs for the remodel.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 2515 – Complainant advised she was contacted by Verizon in reference to fraudulent activity. A line of credit was applied for and not granted. Verizon notified complainant and suggested documenting the attempt for the sheriff’s office.

300 BLOCK OF WILSON COURT – Complainant said she allowed a close friend to borrow her vehicle. The friend skipped work and took her vehicle to Oklahoma without her permission and refuses to answer any calls or texts. Complainant wished to pursue charges for unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1557 – Complainant reported an unknown actor had damaged her mailbox with two watermelons.

500 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2898 – Complainant stated an unknown actor threw two Pelican cases over his fence and drove off. The cases were collected and stored at the sheriff’s office.

500 BLOCK OF WEST STATE – A male and female got into an argument due to the woman catching the man in several lies. They were separated for the night.

200 BLOCK OF SUMMIT STREET – A driver arrived at a residence to repossess a vehicle that was secured inside the garage. The driver left without incident.

1700 BLOCK OF NORTH TEXAS 101 – Complainant stated she saw a known subject on her property. The individual could not be located. The complainant called a second time stating the same thing after deputies left the area. She later stated she drank too many energy drinks and needed to go to bed.

2500 BLOCK OF SOUTH TEXAS 101 – Complainant stated two individuals were seen on camera taking a truck from the property. The actors wrecked the vehicle which got stuck in the mud. The actors were gone upon the deputies arrival. Another vehicle was located on the property, which was believed to belong to the actors. The vehicle was confiscated to be processed by crime scene investigators.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4790 – A man advised he was arguing with ex. Parties were separated for the evening.

700 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1749 – Complainant advised the windows were broken out of his RV. When officers arrived, they discovered the RV belonged to owner of the property and the complainant suspected the property owner of doing the damage. Deputy made contact with property owner, whom advised he did damage the RV, as it was his property. Complainant stated he wanted to document the damage so that he was not later held responsible for the damages.

500 BLOCK OF CHISHOLM TRAIL – Complainant reported individuals were operating his truck without his permission. He advised he would contact the sheriff’s office if he wanted to file charges.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4849 – Individuals were arguing over money and ownership of home. Deputies advised parties to separate and to stay out of each other’s personal space.

2900 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4680 – Complainant found several charges to a pet supply website on his credit card while completing his taxes.

700 BLOCK OF WEST FRANKLIN – A couple were arguing. Both parties agreed to separate for the night.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3679 – A complainant stated a known subject damaged the inside of his residence.

500 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 718 – During a traffic stop, a passenger in the vehicle was found to have a warrant out of Jack County. The subject came to jail.

500 BLOCK OF ROGERS ROAD – Complainant reported a disturbance. Parties advised deputy of an argument, but no physical altercation.

COUNTY ROAD 1380 – Complainant reported his vehicle stolen overnight.

900 BLOCK OF SELDOM SEEN ROAD – An officer received a tip that a wanted subject was at a residence. Upon the officer’s arrival, the subject ran out the back door into the surrounding woods and was not located.

12300 BLOCK OF ORLOFF DRIVE – Complainant reported his credit score was low. He suspected his mother of using his identifying information, but he could not provide proof. Complainant refused to leave his mother’s residence and was issued a criminal trespass warning.

ALVORD EXPRESS – A woman advised a man she knows took her phone but returned it after she became upset. She advised the man’s girlfriend made threats to harm her.

U.S. 81/287 AT FARM ROAD 2264 – A maroon pickup was swerving over both lanes of U.S. 81/287. An officer observed the vehicle cross over the left lane and onto the grass. The vehicle stopped. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

CRITTENDON AT CATES – A vehicle was stopped for driving off the roadway. Before first contact, the deputy observed suspicious movement in the vehicle. After speaking with both occupants, the passenger admitted to an open container, and the driver consented to a search. The deputy conducted a pat down on the driver, and the driver produced a small, clear bag containing marijuana. The deputy observed a broken methamphetamine pipe on the side of the roadway. The deputy also found a dangerous drug in the passenger’s backpack.

200 BLOCK OF SLAYDEN – Complainant reported someone created a fake account in her boss’ name and requested she get three iTunes cards and give them the security code on the back. She contacted her boss who confirmed this was a scam, and she contacted Apple who requested a report.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4845 – A woman advised her boyfriend’s mother choked her, but she was still able to breathe. The complainant advised the woman fled prior to the deputy’s arrival. Complainant had visible marks on both sides of her neck. She said she did not want to press charges.

200 BLOCK OF TEJAS COURT – A man advised someone in Tulsa, Okla., had gotten his credit card information through his email account and charged a total of $55.10. The bank refunded his money.

ARBY’S IN BRIDGEPORT – The manager said a man asked her to throw away trash before he was stopped by a deputy. The manager believed there was illegal substances in the bag. The deputy pulled a baggie of marijuana from the trash. The deputy contacted the suspect, and he refused to speak to the officer.

600 BLOCK OF NORTH DAVIS STREET – Complainant reported approximately $5,000 worth of tires and tools were stolen.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4717 – Complainant had a Kubota stolen from a property next to NRS.

300 BLOCK OF WISE ROAD – An officer was dispatched to the residence to check on the welfare of an 18-year-old woman and her 18-year-old boyfriend, who was attempting to help his girlfriend move out of her parents’ home. The boyfriend started to yell profanities at his girlfriend’s parents. The parents stated they were offended by his language. As the boyfriend was being placed under arrest, the girlfriend crawled across the center console of the vehicle she was sitting in and exited through the driver’s side door, at which time she became combative. The girlfriend spit in the officer’s face and struck him twice in the arm. The woman was taken into custody.

500 BLOCK OF SUNFLOWER – A disturbance between ex-spouses resulted in the man coming to jail for assault family violence. During the assault, the man threw the woman to the ground, causing bodily injury and pain.

100 BLOCK OF PEDERNALES DRIVE – A man called and said his wife was physically assaulting him and throwing his clothes in the toilet. After investigation, deputy determined the wife did throw the husband’s clothes in the toilet, and he wrung them out in her drawer. Both parties were intoxicated, and no one was assaulted. The wife called a family member to take her to a different house for the night.

U.S. 81/287 AT FARM ROAD 3433 – Complainant advised a maroon Dodge pickup rear-ended her vehicle. She was able to obtain the license plate of the suspect vehicle. Deputy spoke with the suspect on a recorded line, at which time he admitted to rear-ending the complainant and driving off.

PARADISE MARKET – Deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver had a violation of probation warrant out of Henderson County Sheriff’s Office. The driver was taken into custody.

U.S. 380 AT PRIVATE ROAD 3204 – Deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. During the investigation, consent was given to search the vehicle. The deputy located drug paraphernalia submerged inside a Styrofoam cup, from which both occupants were drinking. The driver was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTRY LIVING DRIVE – Complainant advised her intoxicated boyfriend who lives with her would not stop arguing with her over an issue that occurred earlier in the evening. Deputy remained on the scene until the man made a bed in the bedroom on the opposite side of the residence and went to bed.

500 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1550 – Complainant advised a dirt bike was stolen from the residence. The bike is an orange and black 2004 KTM.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4694 – Deputy executed a Wise County Sheriff’s Office warrant and found marijuana in plain view.

3300 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 2048 – A woman advised she checked her bank account and observed a charge for $540.08. After further investigation, it was determined she mailed a check for $40.08, and it was stolen and then altered before being deposited at a Home Depot.
